The different Spoken Word (Saying, Talking, Statement or speech) in Arabic are:-

For Talking:-
كلم . كلام . بكلا مى . الكلام , كلمة . كلمات
كلم = Ka’lm=Talk
كلام = Kalam = Talking,
بكلا مى =Be’Ka’la’me = Alongwith my talk,
الكلام =AL-Kalam = The Talk,
كلمة= Ka’la’mt = Talking phrase.,
كلمات = Ka’la’maat = Talking phrases.

For Saying:-
قال . قالوا , قالت , قلنا , قول , قولك , قولكم , قوله, قولنا , القول , الاقاويل , قل
قل = Qul = Say ,
قال = Qaa’la = Said .
قالوا = Qaa’lu = They Said ,
قول = Qa’ul = Saying,
قولك = Qau’la’ka = Your (singular person) Saying,
قولكم = Qau’la’kum = Your (plural person) Saying,
القول = Al-Qa’ul =The (Specific) Saying,
الاقاويل = = Al-Aqa’veel =The (plural ) Saying,

For Statement or Speech:-
بيان - بيا نه - البيا ن - بيٌن -البيٌنة - البيٌنات
بيان = Be’yaa’n = Statement
بيا نه = Be’yaa’n’hu = of his statement
البيا ن = Al-Be’yaa’n = The Statement,
بيٌن = Baye’yan = Clear Statement ,
البيٌنة = Al-Baye’yan’aht = The Clear Statement ,
البيٌنات = Al-Baye’yan’aht = The Clear Statements ,

The Reciting (Reading of a written work out of Memory) in Arabic is:-
اتل . تتلوا . تتلون . نتلوه . تلاوة
اتل = Ut’lu = Recite .
تتلوا = Tat’lu = Recited upon you,
تتلون = Tat’loon = Recited upon them,
نتلوه = Nat’ lu’ hu = We Recite on him,
. تلاوة = Tala’wat; Recitation.

The Reading of written work in Arabic is:-
قرا - اقرا - قرئ - يقرؤن - قرانا - قر ا ناهُ - قر ا ن - القر ا ن
قرا = Qar’aa = Reading (from any written work),
اقرا = Iq’ra = Read (an order)
قرئ = Quri’a = being Read ,
قر ا ن = Qur’aan = reading (of under discussion written work),
قرانا = Qur’aa’na = reading,
قر ا ناهُ = Quraana hu = reading of that (under discussion written work),
يقرؤن = YaQ’raa-oon = is being Read by them by them,
القر ا ن = Al-Qur’aan = The Reading (of that specific written work),

The written work in Arabic is:-
كَتب - كتاب -كُتُب - الكتاب - الكُتُب
كَتب = Ka’ta’b = Writing, any writing which is on any piece of paper or its representation of any kind, e.g board, tablet, wall etc
كُتُب = Ku’tub = Writings (plural)
كتاب = Kit’aab = Book(common noun) , is always referred to written work binded to gather.
كُتُب = Ku’tub = Books (plural)
الكتاب = Al-Kit’aab = The Book (proper noun) , Specific book under reference,
الكُتُب = Al-Ku’tub =The Books (proper noun) , Specific books under reference,
